Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 leaked ahead of official unveiling in July 2017

According to the latest leak, Xiaomi is working on the next Redmi Note phone which is likely to be called Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and it will be the successor of the insanely successful Redmi Note 3 and the Redmi Note 4. If rumors are to be believed then the Redmi Note 5 will feature a 5.5 inch Full HD IPS LCD display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution just like the Redmi Note 4. The smartphone will reportedly be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 comes with the improved sunlight visibility display also it would have an improved contrast ratio in comparison to current Redmi Note 4. Redmi Note 5 comes with Front-facing Fingerprint Scanner over home button like Xiaomi MI6.

In terms of Camera, this phone will reportedly feature a 16-megapixel Sony Exmor f/2.0 rear camera sensor with improved low-light performance and 4k resolution video recording. Selfie lovers will be pleased with the 13MP f/2.0 Sony camera.

Redmi Note 5 will be backed by a 3790mah battery which is slightly smaller than 4100mah battery of Redmi Note 4. But Snapdragon 630 processor with a better modem will overall decrease the battery consumption and will be seeing great battery life. However, we get Quick Charge 4.0 support to compensate which provide fast charging speed than Redmi Note 4.
